| 摘 要： | 骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)是一种多功能的糖蛋白,在体内参与多种生理和病理活动.众多的研究已经表明OPN表达在多种肝脏疾病和肝病动物模型中发生异常变化,这种变化具有重要的病理意义.深入研究OPN在不同肝脏疾病中的作用机制和其调控的通路,对寻找治疗肝脏疾病的新靶点和开发新药物都有非常重要意义.
