SDF-1及其受体CXCR4在结直肠癌组织中的表达及与PCNA的关系

摘    要:目的:研究结直肠癌组织中基质细胞衍生因子(SDF-1)及其受体(CXCR4)的表达与结直肠癌生物学行为以及与核增殖抗原(PCNA)间的关系,以探讨SDF-1/CXCR4的表达以及PCNA在结直肠癌侵袭、转移中的生物学意义.方法:在结直肠癌组织芯片上,应用免疫组织化学Envision法检测SDF-1/CXCR4和PCNA的表达水平,分析SDF-1、CXCR4和PCNA在结直肠癌的表达与患者淋巴结转移状态、肿瘤分化程度的关系及其相互关系.结果:SDF-1的阳性表达率为60.2%(77/128),CXCR4的阳性表达率为43.8%(56/128).结直肠癌组织SDF-1及CXCR4的阳性表达率均高于癌旁正常黏膜组织(P<0.01).PCNA的阳性表达率为44.5%(57/128).SDF-1/CXCR4和PCNA与患者淋巴结转移状态、肿瘤分化程度相关(均P<0.05),SDF-1/CXCR4与PCNA之间呈正相关(r=0.084,P=0.005;r=0.087,P=0.030).结论:同时检测结直肠癌组织中的SDF-1/CXCR4和PCNA的表达对判断肿瘤的恶性程度和估计预后有一定意义.
