| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效。方法:治疗组26例,针刺取穴止呃穴、足三里、中脘、内关、攒竹穴。对照组25例用654-2注射液5mg或胃复安注射液10mg肌肉注射。结果:经1～2个疗程后,治疗组治愈率为84.6%,总有效率100%,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺止呃穴、足三里、中脘、攒竹、内关穴,可通过抑制膈神经兴奋,消除膈肌痉挛,而有效控制呃逆。
