260例尿毒症患者中医体质类型的调查研究

目的：对尿毒症患者的体质类型进行调查,研究尿毒症体质类型的分布特征及其影响因素。方法：通过对260例尿毒症患者进行体质问卷调查,按中华中医药学会标准1],结合四诊补充资料,分别对九种体质类型进行综合判断。结果：①体质归类排序中,前三位依序为：阳虚质、血瘀质、痰湿质;②体质混合排序中,前五位依序为阳虚质兼血瘀质、阳虚质、血瘀质、阳虚质兼痰湿质、平和质;③统计分析,血型、BMI与尿毒症体质类型无相关性（P〉0.05）,而年龄、性别、原发病、治疗方式、贫血程度与之相关（P〈0.05）。结论：①尿毒症体质分布特征：阳虚质、血瘀质、痰湿质三类型最多,而湿热质排第五,仅占12.3%,说明平时常常见到的湿热征象多为标象;②体质分布的影响因素：血型、BMI无影响;而年龄、性别、治疗手段、贫血程度、原发病对尿毒症体质有影响。

The Investigation about TCM Physical Constitution Type in 260 Cases of Uraemic Patients

Objective：By means of uremic patients investigation about TCM physical constitution type,studing physical types of uremia and its affecting factors.Methods：Judging the physical constitution type in 260 cases of uremic patients.Using the SPSS statistical software package to perform statistics.Results：①In the nine types of sort in the constitution,the top three were：the Yang deficiency physique,the blood stasis physique and the phlegm-damp physique;②statistical analysis,blood type and BMI aren′t associated with the constitution type of uremia（P0.05）,while the age,gender,the primary disease,the treatment method and the degree of anemia have a correlation with it（P0.05）.Conclusions：①The distribution feature of uremic constitution type：in classified order of uremia constitution,the most quantity of them are the yang Yang deficiency physique,the blood stasis one and the phlegm-damp one while the damp-heat physique rank fifth;②The influencing factors of uremic physical type：blood type and BMI are not related to uremia constitution,but related to the age,gender,treatment method,the degree of anemia and the primary disease.
