2004—2009年广州市海珠区托幼机构消毒质量监测分析

目的全面了解广州市海珠区托幼机构消毒卫生现状和发展趋势,为控制和减少各类传染病发生和流行提供科学依据。方法对广州市海珠区2004—2009年托幼机构消毒监测结果进行统计分析。结果 6年来共监测托幼机构774家,采集样品14405份,总合格率90.82%。消毒液、玩具、空气、物体表面合格率较高,分别为99.42%、96.59%、96.59%、96.28%,紫外线灯合格率较低,为40.19%;各年度监测项目中,空气合格率年度间有下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.30,P0.05);2008—2009年,3种不同规模人数的托幼机构监测合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.74,0.69,P0.05);细菌总数、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、大肠菌群合格率较高,达94.21%以上,紫外线强度合格率较低。结论海珠区托幼机构消毒质量趋势良好,但仍存在薄弱环节,紫外线和老师手消毒卫生质量有待进一步提高。

Disinfection Quality Monitoring of Kindergartens in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City during 2004-2009

[Objective]To comprehensively understand the disinfection situation and development trend of kindergartens in Haizhou District of Guangzhou City,and provide scientific evidence for controlling and reducing of infectious diseases.[Methods]The monitoring results of disinfection of kindergartens in haizhou District during 2004-2009 were analyzed statistically.[Results]A total of 774 kindergartens were monitored and 14 405 samples were collected during 6 years,the overall eligible rate was 90.82% in 5 years.The qualified rates of disinfectant（99.42%）,toys（96.59%）,air（96.59%）,and surface of object（96.28%） were higher,that of UV light（40.19%） was lower.To compare the monitoring project in different years,the qualified rate of air showed downward trend,the difference was significant（χ2 = 31.30,P 0.05）.The qualified rate was no significantly different between kindergartens with 3 kinds of scale from 2008 to 2009（χ2 = 1.74,0.69,P 0.05）.The qualified rates of total bacterial count,staphylococcus aurous,hemolytic streptococcus,coliform were higher（above 68.55%）,while the qualified rate of UV intensity was lower.[Conclusion]Disinfection quality trend of kindergarten is well in Haizhou District,but weak links still exist,the UV disinfection and teachers＇ hands disinfection need to be further improved.
