| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液应用于老年人肠道准备的临床效果。方法将100例术前需肠道准备的患者随机分为新方法组和传统方法组，各50例，新方法组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液，传统方法组行灌肠法，观察肠道清洁度及术后肠功能恢复情况。结果新方法组肠道清洁度显著高于传统方法组（P值〈0．05），术后首次排气、排便时间显著早于传统方法组（P值〈0．05）。结论口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液用于术前肠道准备效果理想，且术后肠功能恢复快。
