| 摘 要： | 应用聚合酶链反应技术对１０８例不孕症妇女中的沙眼衣原体和解脲支牟体进行检测，检出率分别为３７．０３％和４２．５９％，并有混合感染，提示在不孕症患者中常规检查沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Through the examination of chlamydia trchomatis (CT) and ureaplasma ruealyticum (UU) in 108 women with sterility using polymerase chain reaction technique (PCR), the author finds the positive rates are 37. 03%. 42. 59 % respectively and there are mixed infection in some cases. The article points out that it is important to examine CT. UU in women of sterility as a general measure. |
