以点带面法在护理操作技能中的应用

目的提高护生护理技能操作水平,探讨护理操作技能教学方法。方法以2002级高级护理一班、二班,通过随机抽签法确定二班为实验组,一班为对照组。对照组采用传统的教学方法;实验组采用以点带面法:从实验组中抽10名学生成立一个技能培训小组,首先对小组成员的操作技能进行强化培训,然后在课余训练中再由她们指导其余同学。结果实验组护理技能操作考核成绩明显高于对照组。讨论在以点带面法中,已培训的学生起着示范、辅导的作用。小组成员在辅导同学的过程中获得了成就感,也提高了其综合素质。同时有助于学生之间相互探讨,训练学生的评判性思维能力,提高学习兴趣。

A study of application of "using the minority to bring along the majority" in nursing manipulative skill training

Objective To increase the nursing techniques and explore teaching of nursing techniques.Methods Students of grade 2002 were divided into experimental group and control group.Conventional teaching method was adopted in control group,while "using the minority to bring along the majority" was used in the experimental group.After a technique training team consisting of 10 students selected from the experimental group receiving training,they was asked to tutor other students after class.Results The test scores of the experimental group were obviously higher than those of the control group.Conclusion With the method of "using the minority to bring along the majority",the trained students have played the role of demonstration and tutorial.The members have gained a sense of achievement from training others.Their comprehensive qualities have been improved.It is helpful to use this method to make a further study of nursing techniques among students,train the students critical mental vitality and inspire their interest in study.
