| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨上颌前牙埋伏阻生固定正畸矫治的有效方法及相关并发症的预防措施。方法:应用固定正畸技术对16例埋伏阻生牙采用助萌法或导萌法矫治。结果:16例上颌埋伏阻生前牙均顺利萌出至正常位置,牙髓活力测试正常。未见龈退缩、邻牙牙根吸收和支抗丧失等常见并发症。结论:应用固定正畸技术矫治埋伏阻生上颌前牙可以获得满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effective measures for treating the impacted anterior maxillary teeth with fixed orthodontic technique and prevention of postoperative complications. Methods: 16 patients with impacted anterior maxillary teeth were treated with fixed orthodontic technique. Results: All impacted anterior maxillary teeth of the 16 cases were successfully moved into alignment with pulpal vitality ,and no postoperative complications were found.Conclusion: The treatment with fixed orthodontic technique could be an effective way to deal with the impacted anterior maxillary teeth. |
