2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为与应对方式的相关性

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为及应对方式对其自我管理行为的影响。方法采用一般资料问卷、糖尿病自我管理行为量表和医学应对方式问卷，对108例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为总分为（71．16＋14.28）分；年龄、有无并发症及是否吸烟影响2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为，病程与运动管理因子得分呈正相关（r=0．32，P〈0．01）；应对方式中面对因子与自我管理行为呈正相关（r=0．62，P〈0．01），屈服因子与自我管理行为呈负相关（r=-0．44，P〈0．05）。结论2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为仍处于中等水平，护理人员应注意评估患者的自我管理行为及其应对方式，鼓励患者正确面对疾病，减少消极应对方式的使用，以促进患者更好地进行自我管理。

Correlation of Self-management Behavior and Coping Patterns of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To explore the correlation between the sell-management behaviors and coping patterns of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Totally 108 patients with type 2 diabetes were surveyed using a baseline data questionnaire,Diabetes Self Care Scale(DSCS)and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ).Results The self-management score of the type 2 diabetic pa- tients was 71.16 14.28.The nonsmoker patients above 60 years of age without complications had a general score significantly higher than the smoker patients below 60 years with complica- tions.In these patients,the disease course was found positively correlated to the score of exercise (r=0.32,P<0.01).A positive correlation was found between the self-management score and the confrontation mode score(r=0.62,P<0.01),and a negative correlation was noted between self-management score and submission mode score(r=-0.44,P<0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetic patients have intermediate level of self-management.Nurses should assess the patients' self-management behavior and coping modes carefully,and encourage them to confront disease ac- tively and reduce negative coping patterns to promote their self-management.
