磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗烧伤创面的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨对烧伤患者行磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗对其临床疗效的影响。方法 选择2019年2月～2020年2月本院接收的60例烧伤患者，随机将其进行分组，对照组、研究组各30例。患者入院后，均实施常规创面清洁及针对性药物治疗，对照组在此基础上给予患者纳米银敷料，研究组在对照组治疗基础上，将磺胺嘧啶银乳膏应用其中，观察两组患者各项临床指标（创面愈合时间、住院时间、住院费用），同时，对比其临床疗效。结果 研究组创面愈合时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组，且住院费用低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；与对照组73.3%总有效率相比，研究组93.3%治疗总有效率更高，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 对烧伤患者行以磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗，可有效促进患者创面愈合，缩短住院时间，降低经济压力，提升整体治疗效果，降低感染率。

Clinical observation of sulfadiazine silver cream in the treatment of burn wounds

Objective To investigate the effect of silver sulfadiazine cream on burn wounds.Methods A total of 60 burn patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group and the study group were with 30 patients in each group.The patients were gotten the implementation of the conventional wound clean and targeted drug therapy after admitted to hospital,then the control group was giving the treatment of nano silver dressing,and the study group was with the sulfadiazine silver cream treatment for burn wounds on the basis of the control treatment.The two groups of patients with the clinical indicators(wound healing time,length of hospital stay,hospital expenses)were observed,and at the same time,the clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the hospitalization cost of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the 73.3%total effective rate of the control group,the 93.3%total effective rate of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Silver sulfadiazine cream for burn patients can effectively promote wound healing time,shorten hospitalization time,reduce economic pressure,improve the overall therapeutic effect and reduce infection rate.
