Abstract:Objective:To analyze the HPV infection of nearly 40 000 women in our hospital from Jan 1,2020 to Sep 15,2020,and to provide epidemiological data for HPV vaccination, prevention, treatment and follow-up of cervical lesions.Methods:Analysis the clinical HPV subtypes results of 37 325 patients in gynecological outpatient and ward, dermatology outpatient and physical examination center in our hospital.Results:The infection rate of HPV was 13.91%(5 193/37 325),of which the single infection rate was 11.46%(4 276/37 325),the positive component ratio was 82.34(4 276/5 193).The most common high-risk infection was 16,followed by 52 and 58.The most common low-risk infection was 6,followed by 11 and 44.There was different from cp8304,the most common low-risk subtype in the analysis of HPV infectios five years ago.The infection rate is different in different age groups.Conclusion:In recent years, the infection rate of HPV among women in Shenyang area is 13.91%,decreased compared with 18.60% than before, which is characterized by single, high-risk subtype infection and coexistence of multiple infections.
