不同剂量消肿定痛合剂联合非布司他治疗高尿酸血症伴痛风患者的效果及对血清炎性因子及血尿酸的影响

目的 探究不同剂量消肿定痛合剂联合非布司他治疗高尿酸血症伴痛风患者的效果及对血清炎性因子及血尿酸的影响。方法 选取广州市中西医结合医院50例高尿酸血症伴痛风患者为研究对象，研究时间是2019年11月～2020年11月，按随机数表法分为参照组和研究组，各25例，参照组使用50 ml大剂量消肿定痛合剂联合非布司他治疗，研究组使用25 ml小剂量消肿定痛合剂联合非布司他治疗，对比两组治疗效果和对血清炎性因子及血尿酸的影响。结果 研究组治疗后血尿酸水平与参照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。研究组治疗后IL-6水平、TNF-α水平与参照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。研究组治疗总有效率与参照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率明显低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 高尿酸血症伴痛风患者采用消肿定痛合剂联合非布司他治疗具有显著效果，大剂量与小剂量用药治疗效果相同，均可缓解临床症状，改善炎性因子水平，但小剂量用药可有效降低胃肠道不适、皮疹等不良反应的发生率，安全性高，效果可靠。

Effect of different doses of Xiaozhong Dingtong Mixture combined with febuxostat in the treatment of patients with hyperuricemia and gout and its effect on serum inflammatory factors and blood uric acid

Objective To explore the effect of different doses of Xiaozhong Dingtong Mixture combined with febuxostat in the treatment of patients with hyperuricemia and gout and the effect on serum inflammatory factors and blood uric acid.Methods 50 patients with hyperuricemia and gout were taken as the objects.The study time is from November 2019 to November 2020.They were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group,each with 25 cases.The reference group was treated with high-dose Xiaozhong Dingtong Mixture combined with febuxostat,and the study group used a small dose of Xiaozhong Dingtong Mixture combined with febuxostat.Then the therapeutic effects of the two were compared with each other.Results After treatment,the blood uric acid level of the study group has no statistically significant difference compared with that of the reference group(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group has no statistically significant difference compared with that of the reference group(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group has no statistically significant difference compared with that of the reference group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with hyperuricemia and gout with Xiaozhong Dingtong Mixture combined with febuxostat has a significant effect.The therapeutic effect of high-dose and low-dose medication is the same,which can alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the level of inflammatory factors,but low-dose Medication can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
