Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pelvic floor neuromuscular stimulation combined with autonomous training in patients with postpartum rectus abdominis separation.Methods 100 patients with postpartum rectus abdominis muscle separation admitted to Fu Xing Hospital,Capital Medical University from February 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with autonomous training,and the observation group was treated with abdominal muscle electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,abdominal circumference and average treatment time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,abdominal circumference in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average treatment time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Abdominal neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with autonomous training is certainly effective in patients with postpartum rectus muscle separation,which can reduce abdominal circumference and shorten the treatment time.
