| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用声学定量技术(acoustic quantification,AQ)评价动脉导管未闭(patent ductus arteriousus,PDA)患者右心室功能的价值.方法 41例PDA患者和20例正常人均行常规二维超声心动图检查及AQ检查.结果与正常对照组相比,PDA患者右室峰值快速充盈率与右房峰值充盈率之比(PRFR/PAFR)、右室快速充盈容积与右房收缩充盈容积之比(RF/AF)明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 AQ技术为定量评价PDA患者的右室功能提供了新的途径.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the values of acoustic quantification (AQ) technique in the assessment of the right ventricular function in patients with patent ductus arteriousus (PDA) Methods A total of 41 patients with PDA and 20 control subjects were studied with two-dimensional echocardiography and AQ technique Results Compared with control subjects,41 patients with PDA had obviously decreased rapid filling/atrial filling (RF/AF),peak rapid filling rate/peak atrial filling rate (PRFR/PAFR), P <0 05 Conclusions AQ technique may be used as a new methed to quantify right ventricular function in patients with PDA |
