MMP-9/TIMP-1在输卵管粘膜上皮中的表达及与输卵管妊娠关系的研究

摘    要:目的:检测基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及其组织抑制物-1(TIMP-1)在输卵管粘膜上皮中的表达,探讨与输卵管妊娠的关系。方法:运用免疫组织化学染色结合病理图像半定量分析方法,检测12例正常输卵管壶腹部标本、12例输卵管炎标本、6例宫内早孕标本、16例输卵管壶腹部妊娠标本中MMP-9及TIMP-1的表达情况。结果:宫内早孕组与正常组比较、输卵管炎组与输卵管妊娠组比较差异均无显著意义(P>0·05);而输卵管炎组、宫内早孕组与正常组分别比较差异有显著意义(P<0·05),输卵管妊娠组、宫内早孕组和正常组比较差异也有显著意义(P<0·05)。结论:MMP-9/TIMP-1参与妊娠的生理过程,但妊娠在本实验中不是一个混杂因素;MMP-9/TIMP-1可能由于慢性炎症导致其表达失衡而参与输卵管妊娠的发生。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression of MMP-9/TIMP-1 in fallopian tube and explore its possible mechanisms in tubal pregnancy. Methods: Ampulla of fallopian tube from 12 normal women, 6 early stage of intrauterine pregnancy woman, 12 patients with chronic salpingitis, and 16 tubal pregnancy were selected for our present study. Immunohistochemistry and semi-quantity pathologic image software system were used to analyze the expression of MMP-9/TIMP-1 respectively in above-mentioned mucous epithelium of fallopian tube. Results: No significant difference was found in both for MMP-9/TIMP-1 expression between the normal group and women with early intrauterine pregnancy(P>0.05); no significant difference was found in both for MMP-9/TIMP-1 expression between tubal pregnancy and salpingitis(P<0.05); significant difference was found in both for MMP-9/TIMP-1 expression between salpingitis and normal tube and early intrauterine pregnancy(P>0.05); Significant difference was found in both for MMP-9/TIMP-1 expression between tubal pregnancy and normal tube and early intrauterine pregnancy(P<0.05). Conclusion: (1) MMP-9/TIMP-1 take part in physiological process of normal pregnancy, but pregnancy itself is not a miscellaneous factor in our study. (2) Imbalanced-expression of MMP-9/TIMP-1 probably participated in the formation of tubal pregnancy through chronic inflammation of fallopian tube.
