法舒地尔在难治性高血压治疗中的应用

目的 评价法舒地尔在难治性高血压治疗中的地位.方法 选择我院2009年1月至2013年9月所有符合难治性高血压诊断标准的患者68例,随机分为试验组34例和对照组34例.对照组采用规范的个体化口服降压治疗措施.试验组除采用规范的药物抗高血压治疗外,均予以应用法舒地尔静点.比较两组患者治疗2周后血压下降程度、达标率、联用药物种类及不良反应之间的差异.结果 试验组与对照组相比,在24 h平均收缩压（141.91±16.36 vs 149.23±13.38） mmHg、舒张压（78.71±13.60 vs 86.94±11.72）mmHg、平均动脉血压（99.77±11.77 vs 107.71±9.31）mmHg方面均下降明显,达标率明显高于对照组（70.6％ vs 44.1％）,且用药种类明显减少（4.06±0.78 vs 4.44±0.56）,而不良反应未见明显升高（32.4％ vs 55.9％）.结论 法舒地尔能显著降低血压水平,提高住院期间高血压控制达标率,减少联用药物的种类,是治疗难治性高血压的重要辅助治疗措施之一.

Role of fasudil in the treatment of refractory hypertension

Objective To assess the role of fasudil in refractory hypertension. Methods 68 patients who all met the diagnosis standards of refractory hypertension in our hospital from January 2009 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into experiment group and control group. Control group （ n = 34 ） was given individual oral antihypertensive treatment, experiment group （n = 34） received fasudil injection on the basis of control group. The decrease degree of blood pressure, control rate, kinds of drugs and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results Experiment group decreased more obviously than control group in 24 h SBP （ 141.91 ±16. 36 vs 149. 23 ± 13.38）mmHg,DBP（78.71 ± 13.60 vs 86. 94±11.72） mmHg and MAP（99. 77± 11.77 vs 107.71 ±9. 31 ） mmHg. Control rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（70. 6% vs 44. 1% ）. There was no sig- nificant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （ 32. 4% vs 55, 9% ）. Conclusion Fasudil could obvi- ously decrease SBP and DBP,improve the control rate,decrease the kinds of drugs. It is an important assistant drug in treating refractory hypertension.
