孟鲁司特对哮喘患者血清金属蛋白酶-9及其抑制剂-1水平的影响

目的 探讨孟鲁司特对哮喘患者血清金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）及其抑制剂-1（TIMP-1）水平的影响.方法 选择哮喘患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组,均常规予以布地奈德雾化吸入、抗感染、解痉平喘等治疗.观察组在此基础上加用孟鲁司特片,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平和MMP-9/TIMP-1比值的变化.结果 治疗2个月后,观察组及对照组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平和MMP-9/TIMP-1比值水平分别为（142.7±32.7）μg/L、（139.2±39.6） μg/L、1.02±0.36及（215.7±36.2） μg/L、（164.1±43.7） μg/L、1.31±0.33,均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,且观察组下降的幅度均较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组总有效率及PEF值/预计值明显高于对照组,但咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间及复发率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 孟鲁司特能下调MMP-9、TIMP-1水平和MMP-9/TIMP-1比值,具有较好的临床疗效.

Effect of montelukast on plasma level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 of asthma children

Objective To explore the effect of montelukast on plasma level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 of asthma children. Methods 130 asthma children were divided into observation group and control group randomly. All the chil dren got fundamental treatment as hormone-aerosol-inhalation, anti-infection, spasmolysis and antiasthma, and the observation group got extra treatment as taking montelukast. The plasma levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and ratio of MMP-9/ TIMP-1 were observed. Results The plasma levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1 of the obser vation group after treatment were（ 142. 7 ±32. 7） p,g/L, （ 139.2±39. 6） μg/L, 1.02 ±0. 36,those of the control group were（ 215. 7 ± 36. 2 ） μg/L, （ 164. 1 ±43. 7 ） μg/L, 1.31 =e 0. 33, but the rangeabilities of observation group were more significant than those of control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total clinical effective rate and the percentage of PEF in predicted value of the observation group was significantly higher than those of control group, and the time of cough relief and disappearance, recurrence rate was significantly less than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Treating asthma with montelukast could down-regulate MMP-9 ,TIMP-1 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 ,it shows good curative effect.
