阿卡波糖与西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及对胃肠道相关激素的影响

摘    要:目的 观察阿卡波糖与西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及对胃肠道激素的影响.方法 128例2型糖尿病患者按分层随机分组法随机分为阿卡波糖组及西格列汀组,每组64例.阿卡波糖组接受阿卡波糖片治疗,50 mg/次,3次/d;西格列汀组给予西格列汀片治疗,100 mg/次,1次/d.24周后对比两组患者干预前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体重指数(BMI)、胃饥饿素(Ghrelin)和胃泌素(Gastrin)等变化.结果 治疗后,两组患者HbA1c、BMI、FPG 、2hPG等指标均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);西格列汀干预后,Ghrelin分泌增加,血压明显下降,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阿卡波糖干预后,Gastrin分泌增加,TC、TG明显下降,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 西格列汀和阿卡波糖作为两种不同类别的降糖药降糖效果无明显差异,但对胃肠道影响不同.

Efficacy of acarbose and sitagliptin on type-2 diabetes and influence on gastrointestinal related hormones

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of acarbose and sitagliptin on type-2 diabetes and influence on gastrointestinal related hormones. Methods 128 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into acarbose groups and sitagliptin group ,64 cases in each group. Acarbose group received acarbose treatment,50 mg per time, three times daily ;sitagliptin group received sitagliptin treatment, 100 mg per time, once daily. After 24 weeks, the fasting plasma glucose ( FPG), 2 -hour postprandial glucose ( 2hPG ) , glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA 1 c ) , body mass index (BMI) , gastric ghrelin ( Ghrelin ) and gastrin ( Gastrin ) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, HbA1 c, BMI, FPG, 2hPG and other indicators of the two groups all significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but there was no statistical difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). In sitagliptin group, the ghrelin increased, the blood pressure decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; in acarbose group, gastrin increased, TC and TG decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Condusion There is no significant difference in decreasing blood glucose between acarbose and sitagliptin,but they have different influence on gastrointestinal physiology.
