PDCA循环管理法在ICU多重耐药菌感染管理中应用

目的对比观察PDCA循环管理法实施前后科室多重耐药菌（MDRO）感染率变化,寻求有效的管理方法,预防科室MDRO交叉感染,以降低MDRO在医院内传播。方法回顾总结2013年我科实施PDCA循环管理方法后MDRO感染发生情况,与未实施此管理方法前对比分析。结果实施PDCA循环管理方法后医护人员MDRO感染防护意识提高,MDRO感染发生率降低,杜绝了病人间交叉感染。结论重症监护病房实施PDCA循环管理有助于降低MDRO感染率,持续提高MDRO管理质量。

APPLICATION OF PDCA STRATEGY IN MANAGEMENT OF MULTIDRUG-RESISTANT INFECTION IN INTENSIVE CARE UNIT

Objective To compare the changes of multiple resistant infection rate（MRIR）in each department before and after practice of PDCA,explore effective administration and prevention of cross infection of MDRO among different divisions so as to cut down the spread of MDRO inside a hospital. Methods A retrospective summary was conducted regarding MDRO infection in our department in 2013 after implementation of PDCA,the result was compared with that before carrying out this administrative procedure. Results After enforcement of PDCA,the protective consciousness of MDRO infection in medical personnel improved,and the incidence of the infection decreased,and thus the cross infection among the patients eliminated. ConclusionThe practice of circular management of PDCA is conducive to reducing MDRO infection rate and raising the quality of PDCA administration.
