联合化疗(FOLFOX4)方案治疗晚期结直肠癌患者的临床疗效

目的:联合化疗(FOLFOX4)方案,治疗晚期结直肠癌患者的疗效和毒副反应的观察。方法:21例晚期结直肠癌患者给予联合化疗方案,即:第1d给予,草酸铂(L-OHP)85 mg/m2静脉点滴3 h,亚叶酸钙(CF)200 mg/m2静脉点滴2 h,5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)400 mg/m2静脉推注,5-氟尿嘧啶600 mg/m2微泵持续22 h静滴。第2 d给予,亚叶酸钙200 mg/m2静脉点滴2 h,5-氟尿嘧啶400 mg/m2静脉推注,5-氟尿嘧啶600 mg/m2微泵持续22 h静滴。3周为1个周期,完成2个周期评价疗效和毒副反应。结果:21例患者中完全缓解(CR)1例,部分缓解(PR)8例,总有效率42.9%。毒副反应主要是末梢神经异常、胃肠道反应(恶心/呕吐、腹泻)和骨髓抑制等。结论:联合化疗(FOLFOX4)方案治疗晚期结直肠癌患者疗效好、毒副反应可以耐受。

Clinical Effect of Advanced Colorectal Cancer Patients with Oxaliplatin, Calcium Folinate and 5 - fiuorouracil (FOLFOX4) Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the effect and toxicity of oxaliplatin(L-OHP) combined with calcium folinate(CF) and 5-fiuorouracil(5-FU) in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods: 21 patients with advanced colorectal cancer received chemotherapy of regimen L-OHP 85 mg/m2 three hours,CF 200 mg/m2two hours,followed by 5-FU 400 mg/m2iv and 5-FU 600 mg/m2 twenty-two hours civ at the first day.The second day repeated CF 200 mg/m2two hours,followed by 5-FU 400 mg/m2iv and 5-FU 600 mg/m2 twenty-two hours civ.Twenty-one days as one cycle.The effect and toxicity was evaluated after two cycles.Results: Among twenty one patients,One patient achieved complete response(CR),Eight patients partial response(PR),The overall response rate was 42.7%.The major toxicity was the unusualness of nerve ending,nausea/vomiting/diarrhea,neutropenia.Conclusion: The regimen of FOLFOX4 is an effective and tolerable scheme for treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
