肺结核的临床X线分析

目的:进一步提高对肺结核的认识和临床诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析经临床证实的53例初治肺结核患者的临床、实验室检查及X线片表现。结果:19例有典型的临床症状和结核中毒症状,如午后低热、盗汗、咯血、疲乏无力、体重减轻等,34例则无典型临床症状;X线片上血行播散型肺结核4例,浸润型肺结核42例,结核性胸膜炎7例。结论:X线片特征与临床、实验室检查密切相结合,有助于肺结核的诊断和鉴别诊断,对临床治疗也有很大的帮助。

Clinical Radiographic Analysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective:To further improve pulmonary tuberculosis and its clinical diagnostic level.Methods: The clinical symptoms,laboratory findings and X-ray features of 53 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis proved by clinical therapy and follow-up were analyzed restrospectively.Results: Typical clinical symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis in 19 cases,such as low fever,night sweat,hemoptysis,fatigue,loss weight;atypical clinical symptoms in 34 cases.The findings on X-ray were as follows: military pulmonary tuberculosis in 4 cases,infiltrative type pulmonary tuberculosis in 42 cases,tuberculous pleurisy in 7 cases.Conclusion: The X-ray features,combined with the clinical sign and laboratory findings,which is very helpful to improve the diagnostic and differential ability of pulmonary tuberculosis,and is useful in the selection of clinical therapy.
