| Abstract: | Abstract We report the result of a follow-up, open-label study of pyridostigmine for treatment of orthostatic hypotension. Aim of the study was to evaluate self-reported efficacy and patients satisfaction with the medication. Most patients were very satisfied with the medication and chose to continue it.This study was supported in part from grants from the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD: 5 K23 RR15537 (Dr. Sandroni), NS3 2352, NS4 4233 NS4 3364 (Dr. Low), and Mayo GCRC grant M01-RR00585 |
