传染性非典型肺炎32例临床分析

目的　提高对传染性非典型肺炎 (SARS)的认识 ,探索其有效的治疗方法。方法　对 32例SARS患者的临床表现、放射学检查、治疗方法及疗效进行分析。结果　临床主要表现为发热 (10 0 % )、乏力 (10 0 % )、咳嗽 (87 5 % )、全身酸痛 (84 4 % )、厌食 (5 3 1% )、呼吸困难 (31 3% )、头痛 (18 8% )、腹泻 (15 6 % )等。放射学检查显示所有患者肺部均可见单发或多发小片状或大片状阴影 ,双肺病变者多见。 9例患者利用阿奇霉素 +利巴韦林治疗 ,2 3例利用阿奇霉素 +利巴韦林 +甲泼尼龙治疗 ,均全部治愈。结论　SARS是一种严重的传染病 ,采取积极、合理的治疗可提高治愈率。

Clinical Analysis of 32 Patients with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome

Objective To enhance more acquaintance with severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS),and to explore Tte effective therapcutic methods of SARS.Methods The clinical presentation,radiological changes,therapeutic methods and curative effect in 32 patients with SARS were analyzed.Results Fever,inertia,dry cough,aching pain,anorexia,dyspnea,headache and diarrhoea were the common symptoms of SARS.Pulmonary lesions were observed in one or both sides of lungs in all patients by radiological examination.9 patients were treated with azithromycin and ribavirin,and 23 with the treatment protocol consisting of azithromycin and ribavirin and a combination of methylprednisolone.All the patients were cured.Conclusion SARS is a severe infectious disease;the curative rate can be greatly improved by giving immediate and reasonable treatment.
