肝癌患者应用植入式化疗泵的常见并发症及其处理

目的探讨植入式化疗泵在治疗中、晚期原发性肝癌患者中产生的并发症及防治措施.方法对我院收治的120例中、晚期肝癌患者应用胃右动、静脉及肝动脉植入式化疗泵灌注化疗过程中所发生的并发症进行分析.结果有16例患者出现并发症,其中导管不通5例、药液外漏4例、血管炎症性改变3例、胆囊炎2例、导管败血症1例、溃疡穿孔1例.结论植入式化疗泵的并发症大多由于操作不当引起,应采取积极的措施预防其发生.

The Common Complications and Management of the Placement of Chemotherapy Pump in the Treatment of Liver Cancer

Objective To evaluate the complication and prevention measurement of subcutaneous placement of chemotherapy pump during the treatment of mid - late stage of liver cancer. Methods From June 1998 to June 2004, 120 inpatients with mid - late stage liver cancer had been treated with artery/vein of gastrica dextrality and artery hepatica infusion of chemotherapy, and the complications were analyzed. Results 16 patients developed complications among 120, including 5 catheter obstructions, 4 extravasations, 3 vasculitis, 2 cholecystitis, 1 catheter-related septicemia, 1 gastric ulcer perforation. Conclusion The complication of implanted chemotherapy pump was due to improper operations, and active measures should be taken actively.
