糖尿病诊断中常规检验与生化检验的价值比较

目的：探讨糖尿病诊断中常规检验与生化检验的临床价值。方法方便选取该院2015年1月-2016年5月收治的90例糖尿病患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机将90例患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组45例住院患者,采取生化检验；而对照组45名健康体检者,采取常规检验,比较两组检验有效率,并进行统计学分析。结果研究组经生化检验后,其有效44例,检验有效率为97.78%,对照组经常规尿液检验后,其有效31例,检验有效率为68.89%,两组的检验有效率经统计学比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.484,P<0.05),此结果说明,糖尿病采取生化检验,其价值更高。结论临床上,对于糖尿病的诊断,采取生化检验的有效率较高,且可以早期诊断,能够更好的帮助患者控制血糖水平,其优势显著优于常规检验,值得临床推广。

Value Diagnosis of Diabetes in Routine Testing and Comparison of Bio-chemical Tests

Objective To investigate the clinical value of diagnosis of diabetes in routine tests and biochemical tests. Methods Convenient selection our hospital in January 2015 to May 2016 were treated 90 cases of diabetes, clinical data were retrospectively analyzed 90 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, the study group 45 cas-es of hospitalized patients, taking biochemical test; while the control group of 45 healthy subjects, take routine testing, test efficiency were compared and statistically analyzed. Results Select the study group after biochemical tests, effective 44 cas-es, the effective rate was 97.78% percent test control group after routine urine tests, effective in 31 cases, the effective rate of 68.89% test, the two groups were statistically test efficiency obvious difference was statistically significant (χ2=20.484,P<0.05), this result shows that diabetes take biochemical tests, higher its value. Conclusion Higher Clinically, the diagnosis of diabetes, taking biochemical tests of effectiveness, and early diagnosis can be better able to help patients control blood sug-ar levels, and its significant advantages over conventional tests, worthy of promotion.
