腕掌侧桡动脉掌浅支游离皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损并桥接手指动脉效果探讨

目的：探讨手指皮肤缺损治疗时应用腕掌侧桡动脉掌浅支游离皮瓣修复并桥接手指动脉的效果。方法整群选择该院2015年7月—2016年7月收治的手指皮肤缺损患者31例,均应用腕掌侧桡动脉掌浅支游离皮瓣修复治疗,同时桥接手指动脉,观察治疗效果。结果31例患者手术均顺利完成,手术时间(142.8±12.5)min；术中出血量(52.1±3.3)mL。术后,31例患者移植皮瓣均成活,创面愈合情况良好,愈合时间(13.6±2.8)d。术后发生并发症4指,发生率11.4%。结论手指皮肤缺损应用腕掌侧桡动脉掌浅支游离皮瓣修复并桥接手指动脉治疗时,具有良好的治疗效果,可促进患指功能的恢复。

Wrist Volar Superficial Branch of Radial Artery Hand Free Flap to Repair Finger Skin Defect and Bridging Effect of Finger Artery

Conclusion The application wrist volar finger skin defect free flap to repair and superficial branch of radial artery zhang bridge finger artery, has good treatment effect, can promote cancer refers to the recovery of function.
