口腔正畸治疗牙周病的疗效分析

目的：探讨口腔正畸治疗牙周病的临床疗效。方法随机选择该院从2014年3月-2015年10月收治的72例牙周病患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各36例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组给予常规治疗与正畸治疗。比较两组治疗效果及牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖、牙龈乳头探诊出血指数、牙齿松动度。结果观察组总有效率为97.22%，对照组为77.78%，观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组牙龈指数(0.71±0.21)、牙周袋深度(2.98±1.01) mm、前牙覆盖(3.14±1.23) mm、牙龈乳头探诊出血指数(1.01±0.51)、牙齿松动度(0.19±0.12)均明显低于对照组(1.60±0.87)、(4.63±1.12) mm、(4.66±1.42) mm、(1.41±0.39)、(0.26±0.22)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗牙周病的疗效确切，可明显改善患者临床症状，矫正其牙齿，改善牙龈指数，值得推广。

Analysis of Curative Effect of Orthodontic Treatment on Periodontal Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect analysis of orthodontic treatment on periodontal disease. Methods Random selection 72 cases on periodontal disease divided into observation group (36cases) and control group (36cases) randomly, from Marth 2014 to October 2015. The control groups were treated with routine therapy, and the others with routine therapy and orthodontic treatment. Compared difference effec between the two groups,and gingival index, peri-odontal pocket depth, anterior teeth coverage, bleeding index, tooth mobility. Results The effective rate of the observation group(97.22%) was significantly higher than the control group(77.78%), the gingival index, periodontal pocket depth, anteri-or tooth coverage,bleeding indexand tooth mobility in the diagnosis and treatment of gingival papilla in the observation group [(0.71±0.21),(2.98±1.01) mm,(3.14±1.23) mm,(1.01±0.51), (0.19±0.12)] were significantly lower than those in the control group [(1.60 ±0.87), ( 4.63 ±1.12) mm, (4.66 ±1.42) mm, (1.41 ±0.39), (0.26 ±0.22)]. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease is effective, can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms, correct their teeth, improve the gum index, it worthy promoting.
