探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床效果

目的：研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2013年1月-2015年8月收治的胆结石患者120例为研究对象,根据患者不同的临床治疗的方式,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,观察组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗,对照组采用传统开腹胆囊切除术进行治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的术中出血量为(52.51±19.81)mL,对照组为(113.52±28.23)mL,观察组的手术时间为(43.23±9.12)min,对照组为(68.33±9.01)min；相对于对照组,观察组并发症发生率要低,下床活动时间、术后排气时间、住院时间要短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胆结石治疗中,腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用效果显著,临床上可以采用这种治疗方法对患者进行有效治疗。

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Gallstones

Objective Study of laparoscopic gallbladder resection surgery in the treatment of cholelithiasis clinical effect. Methods Convenient selection a total of our hospital in January 2013 to August 2015 of gallstones in patients with 120 cas-es as the research object, according to the clinical treatment of patients with different way, divided into the observation group(60 cases) and the control group(60 cases), the observation group used laparoscopic resection for treatment, the con-trol group using conventional open cholecystectomy for treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The observation group of intraoperative bleeding in patients with(52.51±19.81)mL, control group (113.52±28.23) mL, the op-eration time for the observation group (43.23±9.12)min, control group (68.33±9.01) min; compared with the control group, the complication rate of observation group is lower, ambulation time, postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization time to be short, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of gallstone, laparoscopic gallbladder resection surgery effect significantly, clinical can effective treatment of the patients with this treatment.
