脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡临床研究

目的：探讨黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的有效性与安全性。方法采用回顾性研究的方法分析该院2013年3月—2015年3月收治的脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者98例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各组均为49例，对照组采用奥美拉唑等西药治疗，观察组采用黄芪建中汤加减治疗，分别治疗2周，治疗前及6个月后进行和尿素14C呼气试验和胃镜检查，比较幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)清除率、两组患者治疗前后溃疡面积大小、治疗总有效率及不良反应出现的情况。结果内镜结果显示，胃溃疡患者经西医治疗后，溃疡面积减小；经中药治疗后，溃疡创面愈合，中医治疗效果较西医好；观察组和对照组的Hp清除率分别为83.67%、89.80%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组临床治疗总有效率是93.88%，明显高于对照组的73.47%(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗过程中都没有出现明显不良反应，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；对照组患者随访期间复发7例，占比14.29%，观察组患者随访期间无复发，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡临床效果较好，不良反应及疾病复发率低，值得使用与推广。

Seleen and Stomach Type Cold Stomach Ulcer Clinical Studies

Objective To explore the astragalus chienchung soup treating spleen and stomach type cold efficacy and safety of the gastric ulcer. Hp clearance rate of observation group and control group were 83.67%, 89.80%, the difference was statistics significant(P> 0.05); Clinical observation group total effective rate was 93.88%, significantly higher than the 73.47% in the control group,the difference was statistics significant(P < 0.05); In the process of the two groups of patients have no obvious adverse reaction, the difference was statistics significant(P>0.05);Control group patients with recurrence during the follow-up period 7 cases, accounted for 14.29%, the observation group of patients without recur-rence during the follow-up period, two groups the difference was statistics significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion TCM treatment of spleen and stomach cold stomach ulcer clinical effect is good, adverse reactions and disease recurrence rate is low, is worth using and promotion.
