64排螺旋CT血管造影在颅内动脉瘤手术和栓塞中的初步应用研究

目的：整理该院颅内动脉瘤患者的手术治疗资料，探讨64排螺旋CT血管造影技术在颅内动脉瘤夹闭或栓塞中的应用。方法整群选取该院2012年1月—2016年10月收治的318例颅内动脉瘤患者，对其进行64排螺旋CT血管造影，对患者进行颅内动脉瘤观察和诊断，将诊断结果与手术后疾病治疗情况进行对比，总结64排螺旋CT对颅内动脉瘤手术和栓塞的应用价值。结果64排螺旋CT血管造影诊断准确率99.37%，检查结果与手术确诊结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论颅内动脉瘤患者通过64排螺旋CT血管造影进行诊断效果显著，能够有效指导手术和栓塞的治疗，具有极高的临床借鉴、应用价值。

Preliminary Application of 64 Slice Spiral CT Angiography in the Operation and Embolization of Intracranial Aneurysms

Objective To study the surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysm in our hospital, and to explore the applica-tion of 64 slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm clipping or embolism. Methods Group se-lection 318 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysms in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2016, 64 slice spiral CT angiography of the intracranial aneurysm by observation and diagnosis of patients, comparing the situation of disease di-agnosis and surgery, summarize the application value of 64 slice spiral CT in intracranial aneurysm surgery and embolism. Results The diagnostic accuracy of 64 slice spiral CT angiography was 99.37%, and there was no significant difference be-tween the results of examination and operation. It was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The 64 slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm is significant, which can effectively guide the treatment of surgery and embolism, and has high clinical value.
