综合护理干预在微创术治疗高血压性脑出血中应用效果分析

目的：探讨综合护理干预在微创术治疗高血压性脑出血中应用效果。方法方便选取2012年1月-2014年12月期间该院收治的90例行微创术治疗高血压性脑出血患者，随机将其分成对照组和观察组各45例，其中对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者干预后临床疗效、格拉斯哥评分和神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(51.1%)明显高于对照组患者(26.7%)(P<0.05)，且干预后GCS评分、NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分以及生活质量评分明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)；观察组患者术后并发症总发生率(8.9%)明显低于对照组患者(26.7%)(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够明显改善高血压性脑出血患者微创术后的临床疗效、减少神经缺损以及并发症的发生率，提高患者的日常生活能力，值得临床推广应用。

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Minimally Invasive Treatment of the Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in minimally invasive treatment of the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Convenient selected January 2012 to December 2014 admit-ted to our hospital 90 patients in the minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage pa-tients randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each, the control group were given routine nursing care observed group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Compared with the two groups of patients after the intervention of clinical efficacy, Glasgow score and neurological function defect score, daily life ability and the inci-dence of complications. Results Observation group treatment efficiency (51.1%) was significantly higher than that of the control group patients (26.7%) (P< 0.05), and dry prognosis GCS and NIHSS score, Fugl Meyer score, Barthel index score and life quality score was significantly better than the control group (P< 0.05); observation group patients after the overall complication rate (8.9%) was significantly lower than that of the control group patients (26.7%) (P< 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy after minimally invasive and reduce the incidence of neurological defects and complications, and improve the patient's activities of daily living, it was worthy of pro-viding application.
