双重问卷在成年人助听效果评估中的应用研究

目的：探讨助听器效果国际性调查问卷(the international outcome inventory for hearing aids, IOI-HA﹚和助听器每日生活使用满意度调查问卷(the satisfaction with amplification in daily life, SADL﹚在助听器效果评估中的作用。方法应用以上2种自我效果评估问卷对2012年3月＿2015年3月于赤峰学院附属医院选配助听器的43例成年听障患者进行助听器效果和满意度评估。结果 IOI-HA问卷结果与患者听力损失程度成负相关性(r=-0.437,P=0.003),听力损失程度越重,评分越低;SADL问卷结果与患者听力损失程度无显著相关性(r=0.123,P=0.434)。结论 IOI-HA问卷结果更能代表助听者的主观助听效果,而SADL问卷结果虽受非助听器本身效益评估问题的影响,出现与患者实际听力改善度不平行的评估结果,但其可以反映非助听因素对助听者满意度的影响情况。

Analysis of Dual Questionnaires for Outcome about Hearing Aids in Adults

Objective To investigate applied conditions of outcome about hearing aids (HA) in adults with the international outcome inventory for hearing aids(IOI-HA﹚and the satisfaction with amplification in daily life (SADL). Methods We used above two self-evaluation questionnaires in 43 adult HA users who fitted their HA at Affiliated hospital of Chifeng unirersi-ty between March 2012 and March 2015 to assess the outcome and satisfaction degree of them. Results IOI-HA results showed a negative correlation with the degree of hearing loss in patients (r=-0.437, P=0.003). This means patients will get lower score with their severer degree of hearing impairment. No correlation was evident between SADL results and the de-gree of hearing loss in patients (r=0.123, P=0.434). Conclution IOI-HA can superiorly reflect subjective effect for patients useing HA. SADL can reflect influences of other factors of non-HA effects about satisfaction degree, though SADL present unparallel results with the actual listening improvement of patients.
