| 摘 要： | 目的：研究纳吸棉在鼻窦内镜术后填塞的临床效果。方法方便选出2013年1月＿2015年12月该院收治的108例鼻窦内镜手术治疗患者,采用随机数字表法分组进行研究：纳吸棉组54例(纳吸棉填塞止血﹚,凡士林纱条组54例(凡士林纱布条填塞止血﹚；对比2组术后鼻腔恢复、出血情况、疼痛的发生率。结果纳吸棉组术后鼻腔恢复呼吸自由率(74.07%﹚、无出血率(83.33%﹚高于凡士林纱条组(44.44%、22.22%﹚,鼻腔粘连率(0.00%﹚、疼痛总发生率(20.37%﹚低于凡士林纱条组(5.56%、70.37%﹚,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论纳吸棉在鼻窦内窥镜术后使用鼻腔填塞止血效果佳,有效降低术后粘连的发生,缓解疼痛和水肿,临床应用前景广阔。

| Abstract: | Objective Research on NasoPore in to fill the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Convenient selection elected in January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital 108 cases of endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly grouped: nasoPore group (54 cases of nasoPore packing hemostasis), vaseline gauze group (54 cases of Vaseline gauze tam-ponade hemostasis);Compare two groups of postoperative recovery, the incidence of bleeding, pain, nasal cavity.Results Na-soPore group after nasal breathing free rate (74.07%), bleeding rate(83.33%) higher than that of Vaseline gauze group (44.44%, 22.22%), nasal adhesion rate (0.00%), the total incidence of pain (20.37%) is lower than that of Vaseline gauze group (5.56%, 70.37%), P<0.05, statistically significant difference.Conclusion NasoPore in endoscopic sinus surgery using nasal tampon-ade hemostasis effect is better,effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative adhesion,relieve pain and edema,broad prospects for clinical application. |
