鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔手术的优势分析

目的：为了研究鼻内窥镜在鼻中隔手术的治疗中的作用，对比传统手术与鼻内窥镜辅助治疗术对鼻中隔的治疗效果。方法根据该院2012年1月＿2016年6月所收治的98例鼻中隔手术患者的临床治疗资料，采用随机分组方式将全部患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各有患者49例，其中对照组采用传统治疗手术，治疗组采用鼻内窥镜辅助治疗术，对比两组患者的治疗效果以及术后恢复情况。结果对照组治愈19例，治愈率38.78%；好转21例，好转率42.86%；无效9例，无效率18.37%；治疗总有效率81.63%。术后并发症7例，占比14.29%。治疗组治愈34例，治愈率69.39%；好转15例，好转率30.61%；无效0例，无效率0.00%。术后并发症0例，占比0.00%。对比两组患者治疗效果，治疗组明显优于对照组，其结果差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05﹚。对比两组患者术后并发症发生情况，治疗组明显优于对照组，其结果差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05﹚。结论与传统治疗手术由于视野限制，致使手术深度、手术视野、手术精准度不能达到理想状态，进而大大降低了手术的成功几率，易造成鼻中隔纠正效果不好、鼻粘膜破坏程度较大、鼻中隔软骨切开程度不理想，尤其对于高位偏曲手术尤为困难，甚至会导致鼻穿孔等情况的发生，而鼻内窥镜辅助的鼻中隔手术在术中能够获得良好的操作视野，从而大大提升了治疗效果、降低了手术风险。

Analysis of the Advantages of Nasal Septum under Nasal Endoscopic Surgery

Objective To study the role of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of nasal septum surgery, compared with tradi-tional surgery and nasal endoscopic adjuvant therapy on the therapeutic effect of nasal septum. Methods According to our hospital in January 2012 to June 2016, 98 cases of nasal septum treated by surgery in patients with clinical data, using ran-dom grouping, all patients can be divided into control group and treatment group, each have 49 patients, among them the control group treated by traditional surgery, the treatment group treated by nasal endoscopy assisted surgery, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients, and postoperative recovery. Results In the control group, the cure rate was 38.78%, the cure rate was 19, the improvement rate was 21, the improvement rate was 42.86%, the effective rate was 9, and the efficiency was 18.37%, the total effective rate was 81.63%. Postoperative complications of 7 people, accounting for 14.29%. In the treatment group, the cure rate was 69.39%, the cure rate was 34, the improvement rate was 15, the improve-ment rate was 30.61%, the effective rate was 0, and the invalid rate was 0.00%. Postoperative complications of 0 people, ac-counting for 0.00%.Compared to two groups of patients with the treatment effect, the treatment group was better than control group, the comparison result has significant statistical difference (P﹤0.05). Conclusion Vision and traditional surgical treatment due to restrictions, the depth, the surgical field of op-eration, post-operative surgical precision can't reach the ideal state, thus greatly reduces the operation success rate, easy to cause the septum corrected result is bad, nasal mucosa damage is bigger, the degree of nasal septum cartilage slice is not ideal, even lead to perforation of the nose from happening, and nasal endoscopic assisted in intraoperative nasal septum surgery can achieve good operation field of vision, which greatly improved the treatment effect, reduce the risk of surgery.
