类风湿关节炎从虚论治

类风湿关节炎的发病过程中有正虚因素参与。初病多由卫表不顾，感受风寒湿邪，气血痹阻发为痹证。久病致肝肾不足、脾胃亏虚，气血两亏。故疾病不同阶段应酌加扶助正气药物。初期益气固表，病程中顾护脾胃，后期补益气血，调补肝肾。
