围手术期呼吸功能锻炼对肺癌患者术后呼吸功能的影响

目的：探讨围手术期呼吸功能锻炼对肺癌患者术后呼吸功能的影响。方法方便选取该院肿瘤科于2015年1＿12月期间收治的100例肺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者经随机抽样法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例,其中对照组围术期内开展常规护理干预,观察组在围术期常规护理的基础上开展呼吸功能锻炼护理指导,并对两组患者的呼吸功能进行评价。结果锻炼前,两组患者的肺功能相关指标之间比较差异无统计学意义,P﹥0.05；锻炼后,观察组的最大肺活量、1 s用力呼气量以及1 s用力呼气量/用力肺活量分别为(3.26±0.61﹚V/L、(2.34±0.72﹚V/L以及(79.35±7.56﹚%,均得到明显提高,而且与对照组比较明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P﹤0.05。结论正确合理的呼吸功能锻炼护理指导可以帮助肺癌术后患者明显提高肺功能,改善呼吸效率,提高护理质量。

Effect of Perioperative Respiratory Exercise on Respiratory Function in Pa-tients with Lung Cancer after Operation

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative respiratory exercise on respiratory function in patients with lung cancer after operation. Methods Convenient selection 100 cases of patients with lung cancer were selected in Depart-ment of oncology in our hospital in January 2015 to December 2015 as the research object of observation,using convenience sampling method,which can be divided into the Control Group and the Observation Group,each group with 50 cases,during the operation the Control Group was given conventional nursing,and the Observation Group to carry out the exercise of res-piratory function in perioperative nursing routine nursing on the basis of,and two groups of patients with respiratory function evaluation. Results In the two groups before exercise,vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1 / FVC has no obvious difference,not statistically significant,P> 0.05;after exercise,the maximum vital capacity of the observation group,forced expiratory volume in one second and forced expiratory volume in one second (3.26 ± 0.61﹚ V/L, (2.34 ± 0.72﹚ V/L and (79.35 ±7.56﹚%,,were significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance,P < 0.05. Conclusion In patients with lung cancer during the perioperative period to carry out appropriate respiratory function exer-cise,can significantly improve the patient's respiratory efficiency,improve lung function and sleep quality.
