腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗老年人胃癌临床疗效研究

目的：探讨腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗老年人胃癌的治疗效果。方法整群选取该院2014年1月—2015年6月收治的58例老年人胃癌患者，分为研究组与对照组，每组29例，研究组采用腹腔镜技术进行胃癌D2根治术，对照组采用传统开腹D2根治术，对比两组手术情况及术后治疗效果。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间等比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率10.34%，术后复发率2.56%，对照组并发症发生率24.14%，术后复发率13.79%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年人胃癌患者通过腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗的临床效果显著，值得临床推广借鉴。

Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Assisted Radical Gastrectomy in the Treat-ment of Gastric Cancer in Elderly Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy in the treatment of gastric cancer in elderly patients. Methods Group selection in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015, 58 cases of gastric cancer in elderly patients, divided into study group and control group, each group of 29 cases, study group was treated by laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, the control group using the traditional open D2 radical operation, treatment effect and treatment in the two groups after surgery. Results Two groups of operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postop-erative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospitalization time were compared, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of complications of 10.34%, 2.56% recurrence rate, incidence of complications in the control group 24.14%, 13.79%recurrence rate, the difference was with statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in elderly patients with gastric cancer is significant, which is worthy of clinical application.
