小骨窗开颅与传统手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床研究

摘    要:目的:对高血压脑出血患者应用传统手术与小骨窗开颅手术治疗的临床疗效与安全性进行分析。方法随机择取该院在2012年1月_2016年7月接收的64例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,按手术方法不同分为2组,各32例,对照组实施传统手术治疗,治疗组实施小骨窗开颅手术,观察两组患者神经功能评分以及住院时间术后并发症发生情况。结果治疗组患者并发症与致残率发生率分别为12.50%、3.13%,显著低于对照组的25.00%、15.6%,对比两组数据(P﹤0.05﹚;治疗后治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分与对照组比较明显较低,且住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05﹚。结论小骨窗开颅手术对高血压脑出血神经功能恢复效果好,安全性高。

Small Bone Window Craniotomy with Traditional Surgery Clinical Research for the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Abstract:Objective Application of traditional surgery in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the clinical curative effect of small bone window craniotomy surgery and security are analyzed.Methods Random selection pick our hospital in January 2012 to July 2016, receiving the 64 cases of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients as the research object, according to the different surgical methods are divided into two groups, the 32 cases, control group to implement the traditional surgical treatment, treatment group small bone window craniotomy surgery,Neurological function were observed postoperative complications and hospitalization time situation.Results Treatment group patients with complications and mor-bidity rate were 12.50%, 3.13%, significantly lower than the control group were 25.00%、15.6%, compared to two sets of da-ta (P< 0.05); Treatment group after treatment in patients with nerve function defect score was associated with significantly lower compared with control group, and in the hospital was shorter than the control group, significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Small bone window craniotomy surgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage neural functional recovery effect is good, high safety.
