探讨后腹腔镜保留肾脏手术治疗肾肿瘤的手术方法和临床效果

目的：探索后腹腔镜保留肾脏手术治疗肾肿瘤的临床效果。方法随机选取该院收治100例肾肿瘤患者,时间均集中在2010年3月-2016年3月期间,并对此次研究患者进行动态随机化分为2组,每组50例患者,对照组采用常规开放性手术治疗,观察组采用后腹腔镜保留肾脏手术治疗,治疗后将两组患者的肛门排气时间、住院总耗时、住院费用、术后并发症发生率、总有效率、术中出血量以及手术总耗时进行对比。结果观察组较对照组患者的手术总耗时为(107.89±2.89)min、术中出血量为(156.89±2.89)mL、术后肛门排气时间为(14.98±2.98)h、住院总耗时为(5.68±1.78)d,总有效率和术后并发症发生率分别为98.00%和2.00%,均均优于对照组患者,但观察组患者的住院费用高于对照组,以上数据对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论后腹腔镜保留肾脏手术治疗肾肿瘤患者效果显著。

To Investigate the Surgical Methods and Clinical Effect of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Surgery for Renal Tumors

Objective To explore the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal surgery in the treatment of renal tumor. Methods Random selection our hospital 100 cases of kidney cancer patients, admitted time are concentrated in the March 2010-March 2016 period, and the study patients were randomized into two dynamic groups of 50 patients in the con-trol group with conventional open surgery, laparoscopic observation group reservations kidney surgery, two groups of patients after treatment of anal exhaust time, total time in hospital, hospital costs, incidence of postoperative complications, the total efficiency, bleeding The total amount of time-consuming and surgery were compared. Results Observation group than the control group of patients with total time of operation (107.89 ± 2.89) min, blood loss was (156.89 ± 2.89) mL, anal exhaust time was (14.98 ± 2.98) h, total time of hospitalization (5.68 ± 1.78) d, the total effective rate and complication rate was 98.00% and 2.00%, respectively, were better than the control group patients, but hospital costs of the observation group were higher, the above comparison of the data have significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscop-ic renal surgery in the treatment of renal tumor patients with significant effect.
