Ilizarov技术结合微创截骨治疗重度僵硬型马蹄内翻足畸形的疗效评价

摘    要:目的:探讨重度僵硬型马蹄内翻足畸形患者经Ilizarov技术结合微创截骨矫正的临床疗效。方法随机选取福建医科大学附属省立临床医学院骨科收治的50例重度僵硬型马蹄内翻足畸形病患,患者收治时间在2011年1月-2015年7月间,均接受Ilizarov技术结合微创截骨治疗,分析患者治疗前后的ICFSG(国际马蹄足畸形研究会制定)评分,统计治疗结果。结果①患者治疗前、后的ICFSG评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②从患者的治疗效果上看,在58足中,有52足(89.66%)恢复情况为优;8足(比例为13.79%)恢复情况为良;4足(6.89%)恢复情况为差;③有2足术后发生针道感染,发生率为3.45%,经处理后感染症状消失。结论重度僵硬型马蹄内翻足畸形病患通过采用Ilizarov技术结合微创截骨治疗后,患者的ICFSG评分得到显著改善,这种治疗方式有利于促进其踝关节及足部功能的改善与恢复,矫治效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Ilizarov Technique Combined with Minimally Invasive Osteotomy for Varus within Severe and Rigid Clubfoot Clinical Evaluation
Abstract:Objective To discuss the severe clubfoot stiff clubfoot patients with Ilizarov technique combined with the clini-cal efficacy of minimally invasive osteotomy. Methods Random select our hospital, 50 patients with severe internal and rigid clubfoot deformity patients, patients treated in time between January 2011 to July 2015, underwent Ilizarov technique combined with minimally invasive osteotomy, patients before and after analysis ICFSG (international clubfoot deformity will develop a study) scores, statistical treatment of results. Results ①Patients before and after treatment ICSG scores were sig-nificantly different, statistically significant (P <0.05); ② From the point of view of patient outcomes at 58 feet, 22 feet (89.66%) recovery was excellent;8 feet (13.79%) recovery is good; 4 foot (6.89%) recovery is poor;③2 foot pin tract infec-tion occurred after surgery, the rate was 3.45%, the symptoms disappeared after treatment for the infection. Conclusion The severe and rigid clubfoot deformity patients by using the Ilizarov technique combined with minimally invasive osteotomy af-ter treatment, the patient's ICFSG scores improved significantly, this treatment is conducive to promoting the improvement of their ankle and foot function and recovery , treatment effect is good, worthy of clinical application.
