全身麻醉复合硬膜外腔阻滞麻醉用于食管癌手术的临床效果分析

目的：分析全身麻醉复合硬膜外腔阻滞麻醉用于食管癌手术时的临床效果。方法随机选取2015年6月＿2016年6月该院收治的患者40例，根据麻醉方法分组，分别给予全身麻醉、全身麻醉复合硬膜外腔阻滞麻醉，对比两组患者临床效果。结果麻醉期内，观察组的HR为(64.8±6.4﹚、(74.2±9.4﹚、(76.1±8.5﹚次/min低于对照组，观察组的MAP为(85.4±7.3﹚、(88.4±7.2﹚、(90.2±6.8﹚mmHg低于对照组，差异有统计学意义；观察组患者芬太尼、瑞芬太尼、顺式阿曲库胺的使用量分别为(0.25±0.05﹚、(1.36±0.23﹚、(17.01±2.21﹚mg少于对照组患者，术后自主呼吸恢复、完全清醒以及拔管时间分别为(6.37±1.25﹚、(8.83±2.01﹚、(13.39±2.46﹚min均明显短于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义。结论在食管癌手术时应用全身麻醉复合硬膜外腔阻滞麻醉，效果显著，值得推广。

Clinical Effect Analysis of General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Block Anesthesia for Esophageal Cancer Surgery

Objective To analyze the general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for clinical effect of esophageal cancer surgery. Methods 40 patients were randomly selected from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital, according to the methods of anesthesia group were given general anesthesia, general anesthesia combined with epidural block anesthesia, were compared between two groups. Results The clinical effect of anesthesia during the period, the observation group HR (64.8±6.4), (74.2±9.4), (76.1±8.5) min lower than the control group, the observation group MAP (85.4±7.3),(88.4±7.2),(90.2± 6.8) mmHg was significantly lower than the control group, patients in the observation group; fentanyl, Reventa Ni, usage of cisatracurium were (0.25±0.05), (1.36±0.23), (17.01±2.21) mg is less than the control group after operation. The recovery of spontaneous breathing, fully awake and extubation time was (6.37 ±1.25), (8.83 ±2.01), (13.39 ±2.46) min were significantly shorter than the control group, significant difference. Conclusion On the application of general anesthesia combined with epidural block anesthesia in esophageal cancer surgery, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
