锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床分析

目的：观察肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈移位骨折患者的临床疗效。方法方便选取2010年4月＿2013年12月52例肱骨外科颈骨折患者,均应用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗,观察手术治疗时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、并发症以及肩功能、肩关节活动度等指标。结果手术时间为(130.2±22.1﹚min,术中出血量为(51.0±8.8﹚mL,骨折愈合时间为(9.3±2.2﹚周,Conatant评分为(84.5±9.5﹚分,外旋活动度为(73.5±11.2﹚°,内旋活动度为(62.3±5.1﹚°,外展活动度为(133.9±21.5﹚°,前屈活动度为(152.9±22.5﹚°；并发症率为3.7%。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折,固定稳定可靠,并发症少,关节功能康复良好。

Clinical Analysis of Locking Plate in the Treatment of Humeral Surgical Neck Fracture

Objective To observe the clinical effect of proximal humeral locking plate in the treatment of displaced frac-tures of the humerus. Methods Convenient selection from April 2010 to December 2013, 52 patients with humeral surgical neck fractures were treated with locking proximal humerus plate. Observing the operation time,the amount of bleeding in op-eration, fracture healing time, complications and shoulder function and shoulder joint activity index.Results The operation time was (130.2 ± 22.1) min, the amount of bleeding during operation was (51.0 ± 8.8) mL,the fracture healing time was (9.3 ± 2.2) weeks, the Conatant score was (84.5 ±9.5), the degree of external rotation was (73.5 ± 11.2)°, the internal rota-tion activity was (62.3 ± 5.1)°,the abduction activity was(133.9 ± 21.5)°,the flexion range was (152.9 ± 22.5)°,and the com-plication rate was 3.7%. Conclusion Taking the proximal humerus locking plate for treatment of proximal humeral fractures, has the effect of stable fixation, less complications and joint function rehabilitation.
