冠脉CT成像技术在冠心病诊断中的临床价值

目的：分析冠脉CT成像技术在冠心病诊断中的临床价值。方法随机抽取来该院治疗的39例疑似冠心病患者(2015年8月-2016年8月)作为该次实验的目标对象，对39例患者均实施冠脉CT成像技术及冠状动脉造影检查，比较两种检查方式的检出结果。结果39例疑似冠心病患者经实施冠脉CT成像技术、冠状动脉造影检查扫描发现，共有156支血管，主要包括4个主要冠脉，分别为左冠脉主支、右冠状动脉、左前降支以及左回旋支；冠脉CT成像技术诊断冠心病的敏感度为86.21%，特异度为98.98%，准确率为94.23%，两种检查方式的准确率差异无统计学意义， P>0.05。结论冠脉CT成像技术在冠心病诊断中具有显著的临床价值，值得推荐。

The Clinical Vlue of Coronary CT Imaging in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To analyze the clinical value of coronary CT imaging in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods Extraction to our hospital treatment of 39 cases of patients with suspected coronary heart disease ( August 2015 to August 2016) as the target, coronary CT angiography and coronary angiography were carried out in 39 patients, checking way of comparing two detection results. Results 39 cases of suspected patients with coronary heart disease after the imple-mentation of a coronary CT imaging, coronary angiography scanning found, a total of 156 vascular lesions, mainly including four main coronary artery, were left coronary artery main branch and right coronary artery, left anterior descending branch and the left circumflex artery; Coronary CT imaging technology in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease sensitivity86.21%, specificity was 98.98%, the accuracy rate of 94.23%, two ways to check the accuracy of no significant difference, P> 0.05. Conclusion Coronary CT imaging technology has significant clinical value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, it is worth recommending.
