护理干预对预防老年糖尿病患者并发低血糖的效果研究

目的：研究护理干预在预防老年糖尿病患者并发低血糖的应用效果。方法方便选取该院收治的老年糖尿病患者60例,收治时间为2013年12月＿2016年2月期间,经简单随机分组为观察组与对照组,对照组为患者实施常规护理,观察组给予患者护理干预,两组患者均进行为期两周的护理与观察,对比两组患者的低血糖发生率及生活质量。结果观察组患者的低血糖发生率为6.67%,其心理功能为(75.63±8.42﹚分,行为能力为(78.92±9.41﹚分,社会功能为(68.37±4.35﹚分,生理功能为(81.33±4.64﹚分均优于对照组,P﹤0.05。结论对老年糖尿病患者实施护理干预可有效对其并发低血糖的情况进行控制,同时可明显提升患者的生活质量,应用效果显著,值得临床进一步推广实施。

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Prevention of Hypoglycemia in Elderly Patients with Diabetes

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Convenient selection a total of 60 cases of elderly diabetes patients, treated in our hospital and treated time for December 2013 to 2016 during the month of February, by simple randomized into observation group and control group. Patients in control group received conventional nursing, the observation group given nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with hypoglycemia occurrence rate and quality of life. Results Observation group of pa-tients with hypoglycemia incidence was 6.67%, the psychological function is (75.63±8.42) points, capacity for (78.92±9.41) points, (68.37±4.35) points of social functions, physiological function of (81.33±4.64) points were superior to control group, P< 0.05. Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with diabetes is remarkable.
