创伤性结肠破裂一期手术临床治疗研究

目的：整理该院创伤性结肠破裂患者的一期手术资料，探讨一期手术对创伤性结肠破裂的治疗效果。方法方便选取该院2008年1月＿2016年10月收治的54例创伤性结肠破裂患者，根据患者手术情况分为实验组与对照组，每组各27例患者，实验组采用一期手术进行治疗，对照组在此基础上采用二期手术进行治疗，比较两组的手术治疗效果。结果实验组治疗有效率100.00%，对照组治疗有效率为92.59%，实验组不良反应发生率18.52%，对照组不良反应发生率29.63%，实验组治疗满意度评分(86.23±5.23﹚分，对照组治疗满意度评分(64.45±5.78﹚分，差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05﹚。结论创伤性结肠破裂多为外伤引起，患者在外力作用下导致发病，且结肠破裂的临床症状特异性不强，通过一期手术治疗效果显著，但依旧需要根据患者的临床症状，病情程度选择治疗术式，以保证患者的治疗效果，降低患者出现术后并发症的发病率，一期手术治疗创伤性结肠破裂效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Treatment of Traumatic Rupture of Colon

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of traumatic rupture of the colon in patients with traumatic rup-ture of the colon. Methods Convenient selection 54 cases of traumatic colon in our hospital from January 2008 to October 2016 were fracture patients, according to the operation conditions of patients were divided into experimental group and con-trol group, 27 patients in each group, the experimental group used the surgical treatment, the control group on the basis of the two phase of surgical treatment, surgical treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the experimental group 100.00%, control group's effective rate was 92.59%, incidence of adverse reactions in the ex-perimental group was 18.52%, the control group adverse reaction rate was 29.63%, the experimental group treatment satis-faction score (86.23±5.23)points, the control group treatment satisfaction score(64.45±5.78)points, the difference was statisti-cally significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Traumatic colon rupture caused by multiple trauma patients, the cause of a disease under the action of external force, and the specific clinical symptoms of colon rupture is not strong, the surgical treatment effect is remarkable, but still need according to the patient's clinical symptoms, treatment of operative severity, to ensure that the treatment effect of the patients and reduce the incidence of complications the rate of postoperative patients, the sur-gical treatment for traumatic rupture of the colon. The effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
