探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年急性坏疽性胆囊炎的效果

目的：分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年急性坏疽性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2014年5月-2015年12月收治的70例急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者,随机均分为观察组与对照组各35例,分别行腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹胆囊切除术进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果与并发症率。结果观察组患者手术时间(71.65±17.05)min、排气时间(1.43±0.59)d及住院时间(4.03±1.36)d均短于对照组,P<0.01；手术出血量(35.22±16.89)mL低于对照组(91.56±21.07)mL, P<0.01；并发症发生率(5.7%)低于对照组(25.7%),差异均有统计学意义P<0.05。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年急性坏疽性胆囊炎,效果显著,安全性高,值得在临床推广应用。

To Investigate the Treatment of Elderly patients with Acute Gangrenous Cholecystitis by Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Effect

Objective Treatment of elderly patients with acute gangrenous cholecystitis by laparoscopic cholecystectomy ef-fect.Methods Convenient selection our hospital were 70 cases of acute gangrenous cholecystitis patients,divided into two groups,35 cases in each group,respectively,laparoscopic gallbladder resection surgery and open cholecystectomy resection for treatment. Results The operation time of observation group (71.65 ± 17.05) min, exhaust time (1.43 ± 0.59) d and hospital-ization time (4.03 ± 1.36) d were shorter than the control group, P<0.01;perioperative bleeding (35.22± 16.89)mL than in the control group (91.56 ± 21.07)mL, P<0.01(5.7%); the complication rate is lower than the control group(25.7%), P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of elderly patients with acute gangrenous cholecystitis is significant,it is worthy of clinical application.
