摘    要:目的:探析支气管哮喘控制测试(ACT)与最大呼气峰流速(PEF)在支气管哮喘缓解期规范化治疗和管理中的重要性。方法整群选取该院2013年1月-2015年12月诊治的102例支气管哮喘患者,给予缓解期规范化治疗,2次/d监测患者PEF,复诊1次/月,了解PEF-pred%,调查ACT评分。结果 ACT为0~20分,其PEF-pred%(73.1±6.6)%;ACT为20~25分,其PEF-pred%为(105.2±9.3)%,比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。 PEF-pred%<80%,其ACT评分为(16.8±1.2)分;PEF-pred%>80%,其ACT评分为(24.8±1.1)分,比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;以Pearson进行相关性分析, ACT与PEF-pred%之间呈现线性相关性,其相关系数为r=0.583,P<0.001。结论支气管哮喘缓解期,PEF与ACT之间的相关性良好,对于无条件进行PEF监测的患者可采取ACT评分作为评估病情的指标,进而更好的指导患者规范化治疗和管理。

ACT and PEF in Asthma Remission Standardized Treatment and Manage-ment Application
Abstract:Objective Analysis of Bronchial Asthma Control Test (ACT) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) in bronchial asthma remission standardized treatment and management importance.Methods Group selection our hospital in January 2013 - De-cember 2015 Diagnosis and treatment of 102 patients with bronchial asthma, remission given standardized treatment, twice daily monitoring of patient PEF, visit once a month to learn PEF-pred%, the survey ACT score. Results ACT 0 to 20 points, its PEF-pred%(73.1± 6.6)%; ACT 20-25 minutes, the PEF-pred% of (105.2±9.3)%, the difference was significant, P<0.05. PEF-pred% <80%, which the ACT score was (16.8 ±1.2) points; PEF-pred%> 80%, which the ACT score was (24.8±1.1) points, the difference was significant, P<0.05; Pearson's correlation analysis, ACT and PEF-pred presented lin-ear correlation between%, a correlation coefficient of r=0.583,P<0.001.Conclusion Bronchial asthma in remission stage and good correlation between PEF and act, for the unconditional of PEF monitoring of patients can be taken to act as a condi-tion assessment index score and better guiding patients with standardized treatment and management.
