中医综合治疗骨关节炎128例临床分析

目的：整理该院骨关节炎患者的中医治疗资料,探讨中医综合治疗疗法对骨关节炎患者的临床治疗效果。方法整群选取该院2015年3月-2016年3月收治的128例骨关节炎患者,将其随机分为中医组和西医组,每组各64例患者,中医组采用中医综合疗法进行治疗,西医组采用西医常规疗法进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、健康程度评分以及不良反应发生率。结果中医组治疗有效率93.75%,西医组治疗有效率为82.81%,中医组不良反应发生率为3.13%,西医组不良反应发生率21.88%,治疗前中医组患者WOMAC评分(127.54±20.48)分,1疗程后(95.74±12.68)分,1治疗阶段后 WOMAC 评分(30.74±5.35)分,治疗前西医组患者 WOMAC 评分(124.28±18.35)分,1疗程后(115.38±14.68)分,1治疗阶段后WOMAC评分(55.78±12.03)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨关节炎多发于老年患者,患者通过西医治疗具有创口,容易出现感染,采用中医综合疗法进行治疗效果显著,提高患者治疗过程中的安全性,值得临床推广借鉴。

Clinical Analysis of 128 Cases of Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehen-sive Treatment of Osteoarthritis

Objective To study the clinical treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy on os-teoarthritis patients. Methods Group selected in our hospital March 2015 to March 2016 of 128 cases of osteoarthritis pa-tients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group, each 64 cases in each group, group of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine by Integrated Traditional Chinese medicine therapy treatment, western medicine group by routine western medicine treatment, compared two groups of patients with treatment effect, health score and ad-verse reaction incidence. Results Efficacy rate was 93.75% of Chinese medicine in the treatment group, group treated with western medicine effective rate is 82.81%, the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine group occurred rate was 3.13%, western medicine group, the adverse reaction occurred 21.88% rate, treatment of Chinese medicine group with WOMAC score (127.54±20.48) points. After one course of treatment (95.74±12.68)points, WOMAC score (30.74±5.35)points after 1 treatment stage, treatment of Western medicine group with WOMAC score (124.28±18.35) points. After one course of treatment (115.38±14.68)points, WOMAC score (55.78±12.03)points after 1 treatment stage, the difference obviously with statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion Bone arthritis multiple in elderly patients, patients by treatment with western medicine has the wound, prone to infection, the comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment effect is remarkable, enhances the safety of the patients during the treatment, worthy of clinical reference.
