温针灸联合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的:评价温针灸联合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院于2013年6月-2015年7月收治的140例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,按就诊编号分为两组。对照组70例采用推拿治疗,研究组70例在推拿治疗基础上采用温针灸治疗。比较治疗前、后两组患者疼痛程度及膝关节功能恢复情况,并评价两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组McGill、Lysholm评分、临床疗效总有效率分别为(2.12±1.24)分、(83.69±5.67)分、97.14%(68/70)均优于对照组的(4.36±1.12)分、(70.32±4.28)分、81.43%(57/70),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用温针灸联合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,可显著提高疗效,减轻痛苦,促进膝关节功能的恢复,临床优势显著,值得进一步推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy Observation on Warming Needle Moxibustion Combined with Massage in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of warming needle moxibustion combined with massage in treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods Convenient selection 140 KOA patients admitted into the hospital from June 2013 to July 2015 were divided into two groups by registration order. Control group (n=70) took massage and research group (n=70) took warming needle moxibustion on the basis of massage. The pain degree and recovery condition of keen joint function of two groups before and after treatment were compared, and clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment, the McGill score, Lysholm score, clinical total effective rate of research group were (2.12 ±1.24)points, (83.69 ± 5.67)points, 97.14% (68/70) respectively, which were statistically better than (4.36±1.12)points, (70.32±4.28)points, 81.43%(57/70) of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion combined with massage for treating KOA can significantly improve efficacy, relieve pain and promote the recovery of keen joint function, which has significant clinical advantages and is worthy of further generalization and application.
